Requests and offers sent through the website
If you contact us using any of the contact forms on the page (volunteers, offers, donations), we archive your information in our database, keeping the data necessary for processing and possible further discussions. By submitting your e-mail address and phone number to us through the form, you give us the right to contact you through them. We store your data in our database for up to two years.
Inquiries and offers sent by letter
If you contact us by e-mail, we will archive the data necessary to process your letter or request and possible further discussions. When we receive an email from you, we expect to be able to respond via email as well. If you prefer another method of communication, please let us know.
